The handbook includes: the most common symptoms resulting from children's exposure to severe traumas and wars; a summary of main relevant theories; how the child's brain growth is affected; the techniques used in education in support of the methods and mechanisms to assist disabled children in emergency situations; how to set up an intervention plan with parents; practical activities with children under 8; practical guidelines to manage behavioral difficulties and classrooms, and build a healthy motivating classroom environment for learning.
